Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, or related field
18+ years of relevant work experience (15+ with Master's degree)
Prior experience with U.S. DoD, space, and/or satellite communications programs
Must hold U.S. government security clearance at TS/SCI
Proven leadership of large programs with procurement in excess of $150M
PMP certification and expertise with Earned Value Management and systems engineering
