About the role

What you’ll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Build talent pipelines for technical and consulting positions
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on recruiting strategies
• Support talent acquisition for the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technology and consulting talent
• Proven experience recruiting technical roles including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Product Managers, Program Managers, and Technical Consultants
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and professional networking
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Lever, Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, or similar platforms
• Experience in IT consulting, technology services, or professional services strongly preferred; Healthcare & Life Sciences experience preferred
