About the role
AESARA is seeking a Vice President to build and lead its Value & Access consulting practice, with a focus on business development and expansion in China and other priority Asian markets. The role will develop client relationships, grow the practice and its capabilities, and deliver market-relevant solutions in collaboration with global teams.

What you’ll need
15+ years of progressive experience in global Value & Access or market access consulting
Significant experience and success in Asia markets with established industry relationships
Deep expertise in payer strategy, pricing, reimbursement, HTA, and evidence-based value communication
Proven track record of developing client relationships and generating new business
Experience building and scaling service offerings and high-performing teams
Professional fluency in Mandarin
