What you’ll do

Identify highest-leverage interventions in unfamiliar enterprise engineering organizations
What you’ll need
6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or as an Engagement Manager
Strong understanding of agentic coding and LLM behavior in production
Hands-on experience with Cursor workflows, integrations, and platform configuration
Able to read Python and JavaScript/TypeScript to partner with Forward Deployed Engineers
Experience shipping AI-native workflows past the prototype stage
Executive presence and technical credibility with engineering leaders
