Strong knowledge of SICS product functionality, data structures, configurations, and lifecycle events
Experience with SICS upgrades, enhancements, patches, and incremental releases
Hands-on experience supporting functional testing, SIT, and regression testing
Understanding of mainframe-based applications and legacy system integrations
