What you’ll do

Lead and manage teams, aligning work with enterprise priorities and governance frameworks
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
7+ years in technical enablement roles, with 1+ year in AI solution design, development, and implementation
Experience working in a healthcare environment
Experience developing low-code/no-code AI workflows using platforms like Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow Agent Studio, Salesforce Agentforce
Knowledge of software development lifecycle, process design, and process-improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma)
Strong people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
