About the role
West Monroe is hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to lead product workstreams for AI-enabled software and operational intelligence solutions, partnering with engineers and clients from discovery through adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do
Lead product workstreams from discovery through deployment and adoption
Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled software and operational intelligence solutions
Partner with engineers and client stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes
Translate business needs into actionable requirements and manage product backlog
Engage with engineers and architects on solution design, feasibility, and technical tradeoffs
What you’ll need
5+ years in product management, technology consulting, software delivery, or related roles
Experience delivering software products in client environments through production
Strong Agile product delivery, backlog management, and prioritization skills
Experience incorporating AI/LLMs into products with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, or Vertex AI
Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences in client-facing environments
Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
