About the role
Del Monte Foods seeks an on-site IT Analyst in Rochelle, IL to provide Level 3 Windows desktop support and Level 2 networking support, maintain high availability of business systems, and collaborate with the broader IT team on escalations and infrastructure projects.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
3-5+ years in an IT support/desktop support role with at least 1-2 years performing Level 3 Windows support
Advanced Windows 10/11 troubleshooting including registry, Group Policy, profile issues, performance, and boot/recovery scenarios
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and VPN
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint management tooling such as Intune
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer-service skills
