About the role

What you’ll need
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech
Proven track record recruiting and closing technical talent across engineering, ML, infrastructure, security, data, product, or leadership
Strong partnership with hiring managers and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous searches
Skilled sourcer and researcher building talent maps and engaging passive candidates
Data-driven with strong candidate judgment, analytical ability, and reasoned decision-making
Organized, detail-oriented, and excited to incorporate AI into recruiting work
