What you’ll do
Develop Salesforce into a business system supporting commercial objectives
Own Salesforce configuration
Deliver commercial reporting and analysis
Manage data flows between commercial systems and the ERP
Partner with sales, finance, engineering, and operations planning
What you’ll need
5+ years in Salesforce platform ownership and commercial/business analytics
Salesforce Certified Administrator with production org administration experience
Deep declarative configuration expertise in Flow, validation logic, data model, and security/sharing model
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and SQL/data query skills
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP such as Epicor and managing data quality/governance
Experience building executive dashboards and training non-technical users
