About the role

What you’ll do
Design and configure SAP FICA processes
Partner with utility business stakeholders
Translate financial requirements into scalable SAP solutions
Support delivery from requirements through go-live and hypercare
Integrate billing, FICA, and downstream Corporate Finance processes
Improve cash flow, financial controls, and customer experience
What you’ll need
3+ years functional SAP IS-U FICA experience
Hands-on FICA payments, clearing, returns, refunds, dunning, write-offs, collections, and reconciliation
1 end-to-end SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities implementation
Utility CIS and Billing/FICA/Corporate Finance integration experience
Utility financial operations and customer accounting knowledge
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and US work authorization without sponsorship
