About the role
G42 is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to shape and deliver large-scale AI infrastructure, agentic systems, and enterprise AI platforms, providing hands-on technical leadership across AI architecture, cloud-native engineering, and production deployment.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field
15+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms
Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, model orchestration, and AI evaluation
Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#
Experience with cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and Azure services (Kubernetes, AI Search, Cosmos DB, API Management)
Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
