Evaluate workflows and perform current/future state analysis
Align business needs with system capabilities
Support vendor evaluation and solution implementation
Manage multiple priorities and work independently
Partner with IT, clinical, and operational stakeholders
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business management, information systems, or related field
3-6 years of business analysis, project management, or finance-related experience
Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysis
Experience with current and future state analysis for IT systems
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Knowledge of SDLC, vendor evaluation, and solution implementation
