About the role
Highbrow Technology Inc is seeking a Sr. Principal Program Manager for a healthcare client to lead complex enterprise IT programs focused on infrastructure and security, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, risks, and executive stakeholders from planning through delivery.
What you’ll do
Lead complex enterprise IT programs, especially infrastructure and security initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, risks, and executive stakeholders
Manage programs from planning through delivery
Oversee multiple projects and programs simultaneously
Drive strategic planning and organizational execution
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of project/program management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Proficiency in project and business financials
Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable
PMP or PgMP certification is preferred
