What you’ll do
Drive vision, strategy, and enhancement initiatives for mortgage servicing products
Gather requirements and define product roadmaps
Partner with Engineering, QA, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders
Deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Manage product backlogs and define requirements in Agile/SDLC environments
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and process flows
What you’ll need
5+ years of hands-on experience with MSP
3+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership or related roles
Strong background in mortgage servicing with expertise in Loan Administration, Escrow, and Special Loans
Experience managing product backlogs and defining requirements in Agile/SDLC
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations (RESPA, CFPB) and experience with APIs/integrations
