What you’ll do
Lead strategy, roadmap, development, and optimization of CRM and MarTech tools
Collaborate with operating units and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
Support customer needs and business growth through product solutions
What you’ll need
5+ years of increasing responsibility for technical direction of a SaaS/PaaS platform, preferably in CRM or sales automation
Strong technical acumen with Power Platform, Azure, C#, SQL, Python, Apex, and similar technologies
Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with technical and business stakeholders
Ability to thrive with little supervision in a fast-paced virtual environment
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Salesforce, Co-Pilot, Agile/Scrum, .NET, Atlassian, and P&C insurance
