About the role
KWI is seeking a Finance Associate to support accounting functions including AP, AR, reconciliations, and close processes, while helping adopt AI-powered AP tools. The role requires hands-on accounting experience, attention to detail, and comfort working across multiple finance areas.
What you’ll do
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Support financial reporting
Contribute to process improvements
Help adopt an AI-powered AP system
Communicate with internal teams and external vendors
What you’ll need
3 to 5 years of accounting or finance experience with AP and AR ownership
Strong understanding of general accounting principles and month-end close
Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage
Demonstrated use of AI tools in day-to-day work
High attention to detail and accurate financial recordkeeping
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
