About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead requirements management, process analysis, and solution design for enterprise Finance and Accounting platforms
• Own the product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile delivery processes
• Bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to support modernization and digital transformation
• Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, and workflow optimization
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect management, and business validation
• Develop business cases, process models, workflow diagrams, and operational documentation

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline with 8+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 5+ years
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in enterprise environments
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Financial Operations, or Enterprise Business Systems
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
