About the role
Quince is looking for an IT Engineer II to support reliable IT operations, device and access management, and a seamless technology experience for employees, including warehouse operations. What you’ll do
Support employees across the IT lifecycle
Troubleshoot hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues
Manage devices and access

What you’ll need
2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, operations, or systems administration
Experience supporting non-technical employees and troubleshooting issues
Hands-on familiarity with MDM platforms such as JAMF, Kandji, or Microsoft Intune
Experience with identity and user administration in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, or similar
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including IP, DNS, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and firewalls
Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
