What you’ll do
Own and advance business-critical enterprise application platforms
Lead application strategy, implementations, and integrations
Support business stakeholders and teams across the organization
Improve application performance, security, and governance
Coordinate internal teams and external partners on cross-functional initiatives
What you’ll need
8+ years of IT, enterprise applications, or technology delivery experience
5+ years supervising administrators, analysts, or outsourced partners
Proven ownership of enterprise SaaS or business-critical applications
Working knowledge of system integrations, APIs, middleware, identity/access management
Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
