About the role

What you’ll do
Build scalable cloud services for the digital vision care platform
Develop and maintain clinical algorithms
Build and manage data pipelines
Develop frontend features using modern frameworks
Automate deployment processes
Take technical projects from concept to deployment
What you’ll need
4+ years of professional software engineering with emphasis on backend systems and big data
Expert-level AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3) and experience or strong interest in GCP
Advanced Node.js and modern frontend frameworks (React/Signals)
Experience in fast-paced startup or agile environments
Deep experience with automated testing methodologies and a test-first mentality
Experience with HIPAA/FDA regulatory environments, software validation, and Generative AI/RAG/ML pipelines
