About the role

Influence technical teams through training and coaching
What you’ll need
Degree in Engineering, Software Development, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
1-3 years of overall experience in Software Development, DevOps, or Software Quality Assurance
At least 1+ years dedicated to Software Quality Assurance, process auditing, or quality governance
Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile/Scrum development frameworks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and QC problem-solving tools
Strong communication, coaching, and cross-team influencing skills
