About the role
Lead and reinvent ACI Worldwide's global talent acquisition function, building an AI-enabled recruiting model and developing a worldwide team to deliver hiring plans.
What you’ll do
Lead and reinvent the global recruiting function
Build an AI-enabled recruiting model
Develop and manage a worldwide recruiting team
Partner with business leaders to deliver hiring plans
Manage RPO providers, search firms, and agencies
Ensure global employment law and hiring compliance
What you’ll need
Record of building and scaling high-volume software recruiting operations
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI recruiting solutions with ATS, CRM, sourcing, and assessment tech stacks
10+ years of progressive software-industry talent acquisition experience including 5+ years leading multi-layered TA teams
Experience leading recruiting across multiple countries and regions covering technical, sales, operations, corporate, and executive roles
Experience managing RPO providers, search firms, and agencies including contracts and performance
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
