Key Risk is hiring a PEO Risk Management Specialist to deliver occupational risk assessment, safety consulting, and risk management services for its PEO program. The role partners with clients and internal teams to reduce workplace risks, improve workers' compensation outcomes, and support client retention and growth.
What you’ll do
Provide occupational risk assessment and safety consulting for PEO clients
Partner with clients, brokers, underwriting, claims, and service teams
Reduce workplace risks and improve workers' compensation outcomes
Support client retention and growth
Analyze loss data to identify risk trends
Leverage AI and technology to enhance risk management processes
What you’ll need
BA/BS degree
Experience in workers' compensation, loss control, risk management, occupational safety, insurance, or PEO operations
Strong understanding of workers' compensation principles and cost drivers
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
Ability to analyze loss data, manage multiple priorities, and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools, plus interest in AI and technology
