About the role
Robinhood is looking for a Software Engineer to build scalable, secure AI platform infrastructure and security capabilities that enable teams to safely operate AI-powered agents and security solutions.
What you’ll do
Develop platform infrastructure and security capabilities for AI-powered agents
Design and build reusable platform capabilities, APIs, libraries, and developer tooling
Incorporate security concepts such as authentication, authorization, identity, and encryption into system design
Deliver large engineering projects with meaningful, long-term impact
Collaborate across security and engineering teams to solve complex engineering problems
What you’ll need
3+ years of software development experience
2+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems with security concepts
Experience building AI platforms, AI infrastructure, or production systems supporting AI applications or agents
Proficiency in Go or Python
Experience with cloud-native platforms and technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, gRPC, or Kafka
Strong understanding of security fundamentals and experience incorporating security into production systems
