About the role

What you’ll do
Define how customers preview, stage, roll out, monitor, and recover from configuration changes
Develop platform foundations for internal teams to deploy safely and reliably
Drive the scaling strategy for deployment as volume and internal customers grow
Channel many points of view into a strategic roadmap and deliverables
Act as the voice of engineering, customers, support, or ops as needed
Build frameworks that scale massively and make data accessible to all teams
What you’ll need
4+ years of previous product management experience
Domain expertise in making deployment decisions based on data
Distributed systems experience for driving scaling strategy
Experience with observability platforms and telemetry pipelines
Experience with deployment platforms, release engineering, progressive delivery, feature flags, GitOps, IaC, or incident management
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
