What you’ll do

What you’ll need
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in property management, business administration, real estate, or related field (preferred)
Industry certifications such as CAM, COS, TCS, or FHS
Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible property management experience
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-site affordable housing portfolios
Experience with LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
Knowledge of HUD Handbook 4350.3, LIHTC requirements, and 504 Fair Housing Laws
