About the role
Inovalon seeks an Informatics Product Lead to bring clinical informatics and data quality expertise to its de-identified data platform and real-world data products. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Client Services to ensure data product quality, manage escalations, and translate complex issues into actionable requirements.
What you’ll do
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Services on data-involved products
Bring informatics rigor to product requirements, testing, and release reviews
Support client escalations and impact assessments
Manage multiple escalations and product workstreams with clear prioritization
Synthesize complex data issues into executive-ready and client-ready explanations
Participate in backlog review, requirements clarification, and acceptance criteria
What you’ll need
8+ years in healthcare data, clinical informatics, data quality, or analytics with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with a Master's degree
Strong working knowledge of claims, EHR, membership/enrollment, provider, clinical, and real-world data environments
Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating large-scale healthcare datasets
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams in agile environments
Ability to synthesize complex data issues for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Medical Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field required
