About the role

What you’ll do

• Identify, prioritize, launch, and continuously improve AI-enabled products and capabilities
• Translate business needs into product requirements, success measures, and adoption plans
• Partner with technical, clinical, compliance, and operational teams to deliver responsible solutions
• Define KPIs, interpret product performance, and make evidence-based prioritization decisions
• Deploy solutions with embedded AI capabilities including human-in-the-loop requirements and operational controls

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Data Science; equivalent practical experience considered
• 4+ years of product management experience across the full development lifecycle with ownership responsibility
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements, priorities, success metrics, and execution plans
• Strong stakeholder management, written, and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience building with AI and deploying embedded AI solutions with human-in-the-loop controls
• Healthcare experience and strong data fluency; Databricks experience is a plus
