What you’ll do
Manage the foreign subsidiary portfolio, including governance, maintenance, formations, and dissolutions
Support entity-related expansion and M&A projects
Support U.S. corporate governance matters
Coordinate with local counsel and corporate service providers
Handle director and officer appointments and resignations
Prepare subsidiary governance documents and cross-border authorizations
What you’ll need
7+ years of corporate paralegal experience, including non-U.S. entity management
Experience managing subsidiary portfolios across multiple jurisdictions
Experience with statutory records, annual filings, and registered office and agent requirements
Experience coordinating local counsel and corporate service providers
Licensed Notary Public
Eligibility to access export-controlled information as a U.S. person or authorized applicant
