10–15 years of title experience, including hands-on research, review, or interpretation of title documents and chains of title
Working understanding of mineral, royalty, and working interests and how title supports acquisitions and asset ownership
Comfort learning new systems and working closely with technical teams
Ability to break unclear problems into manageable pieces and create practical solutions
Ability to explain title concepts to technical colleagues and translate product decisions for business users
Ability to manage competing priorities and work across functions
