About the role
Support post-trade technology and financial-services transformation by defining requirements, analyzing data, and coordinating delivery across platform migrations and testing.
What you’ll do
Support post-trade technology and financial-services transformation initiatives
Conduct current-state analysis and develop future-state designs
Define requirements and create process maps
Support migrations from legacy platforms to strategic platforms
Perform data analysis using SQL or kdb+/q to validate high-volume trade, commission, fee, or reference data
Define UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria, and production-readiness requirements
What you’ll need
Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex technology or financial services transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of post-trade processes including trade capture, booking, commissions, fees, reconciliation, positions, or P&L
Experience with data mapping, interface analysis, APIs, or event-driven integrations
Experience with SQL or kdb+/q for querying, analyzing, and validating high-volume trade, commission, fee, or reference data
Experience defining UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria, and production-readiness requirements
Strong delivery-management skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders without formal authority
