About the role
Cognizant is seeking a Desktop Analyst in Lake Mary, FL to provide onsite Level 2 desktop and end-user technology support, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues while managing Windows environments and IT service tickets.
What you’ll do
Provide onsite Level 2 desktop and end-user technology support
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Administer end-user devices and Windows environments
Support software deployments and IT asset management
Handle service tickets and provide hands-and-feet support for infrastructure equipment
Interact professionally with end users, including VIPs
What you’ll need
3-5 years of experience with Active Directory and Windows 10/11 administration in a corporate environment
Hands-on experience with Intune and/or SCCM for device management and software deployment
Experience with remote support tools such as Screen-meet, BeyondTrust, or LogMeIn
Experience providing hands-and-feet support for server, storage, backup, and network equipment
Proficiency with ticketing tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow and understanding of ITIL processes
Legally authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship
