What you’ll do
Manage In-Country Provider partners across global markets
Support delivery of international payroll services
Streamline processes to scale global payroll offering
Drive ongoing partner relationship management and performance reviews
Handle operational escalations, governance, and contract discussions
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, International Business, or related field
7+ years in payroll, HR technology, or workforce management
Understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and delivery models
Experience with international employment and HR operations
Proven partner management and performance review experience
Ability to influence outcomes and manage escalations across teams
