About the role
HCSC is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to apply advanced mathematical and statistical methods to healthcare and business data, building predictive models, running experiments, and creating visualizations. The role also involves developing and evaluating GenAI and agentic AI solutions in the cloud.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree plus 3 years, Master's plus 2 years, PhD, or equivalent experience in a quantitative field
Proficiency in at least four of: data analysis, machine learning/statistical modeling, data visualization, programming, distributed computing, or healthcare
Familiarity with GenAI evaluation and LLM observability tools
Experience deploying GenAI/agentic AI to production in the cloud
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, or agentic workflows
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
