About the role
IT Operations Specialist supporting daily IT services and help desk operations at a manufacturing facility. Responsible for endpoint deployment, user access, asset management, troubleshooting, and production-focused technology support.
What you’ll do
Serve as primary contact for daily IT services
Manage help desk requests and ticket prioritization
Deploy and manage endpoint devices and user accounts
Maintain IT asset inventory and digital signage
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint, infrastructure, and application issues
Support business and production operations across the facility
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of progressive IT support experience in an enterprise or MSP environment
Experience with Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, deployments, user accounts, printers, mobile devices, ticket systems, and IT asset inventory
CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft role-based certification, Cisco CCNA, or comparable technical certification
Valid driver's license
Manufacturing or 24/7 environment experience strongly preferred
