What you’ll do
Provide technical oversight and advise clients on Oracle HCM solution design and implementation
Deliver Oracle HCM solutions across client engagements
Support business development and project planning
Manage client expectations and relationships to drive customer satisfaction
Manage team training, development, performance, and career paths
Facilitate communication between employees and practice/sales management
What you’ll need
4-8+ years of consulting experience implementing Oracle HCM across multiple clients
Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementations
Experience with HDL Conversions, Transformation fast formulas, and HSDL Loads
Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Reports, custom payroll flows, and Oracle templates
Experience setting up BPM Workflow Approval rules using FSM and BPM, and building Fast Formulas
Experience with VBCS extensions, custom roles, auto-provisioning rules, and SSO configurations
