About the role
Samsara is hiring a Manager to build and lead a new Contract and Billing Resolution function within Customer Success, focusing on resolving billing and contract cases, managing escalations, and improving processes through metrics and root-cause analysis.
What you’ll do
Hire and lead a team for contract and billing resolution
Establish scalable processes and systems for resolving billing and contract cases
Handle complex escalations
Drive cross-functional improvements using case metrics and root-cause analysis
What you’ll need
7+ years in sales operations, deal desk, contracts, billing operations, order to cash, revenue operations, or similar
2+ years managing people, ideally in sales operations or finance
Experience building a team or function from scratch or leading major reorganization
Deep knowledge of quote-to-contract or billing side
Experience setting up or improving case management, ticketing, or request-routing systems
Strong investigative and communication skills
