About the role
Imagine Pediatrics is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own care coordination product systems and lead AI and automation initiatives that improve outcomes for children with special health care needs while reducing coordination work for care teams.
What you’ll do
Own product systems that capture, assign, track, and resolve family needs
Set product strategy for care coordination
Lead AI and automation initiatives

Mentor product managers
What you’ll need
8+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare or care delivery
Track record owning workflow-heavy products from strategy through launch and adoption
Shipped AI or automation features with measured impact on efficiency or outcomes
Experience building tasking, case management, worklist, or messaging systems
Experience redesigning operational workflows and leading legacy system migrations
Strong data-modeling instincts and comfort in fast-moving startup environments
