About the role

What you’ll do

• Support data center customers in selecting, managing, and troubleshooting building control devices
• Provide technical and project coordination support from product selection through installation
• Provide ongoing customer support and clearly explain technical issues
• Manage multiple projects independently and follow commitments through to completion

What you’ll need

• Hands-on experience with building automation systems, HVAC controls, and field instrumentation
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, controls diagrams, wiring schematics, specifications, and sequences of operation
• Understanding of HVAC systems including air handlers, chilled-water systems, pumps, and control valves
• Familiarity with control signals and communications such as 4-20 mA, 0-10 V, BACnet, and Modbus
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Experience with BAS integrators or controls contractors, data centers or mission-critical facilities, and construction project support
