About the role
BankUnited seeks a Fraud Operations Analyst to monitor and investigate suspicious account activity, manage fraud cases and claims, and support prevention and recovery while complying with banking regulations.
What you’ll do
Monitor and investigate potentially fraudulent account activity and customer behavior
Manage fraud alerts and cases
Process customer fraud claims
Communicate with customers and bank associates
Support fraud prevention, detection, and recovery
Follow applicable regulations and bank policies
What you’ll need
Intermediate to strong understanding of financial transactions
College degree preferred
2-3 years work experience in similar setting with financial exposure preferred
2+ years of financial fraud prevention and detection experience preferred
Knowledge of Regulations E, CC, GG, V, FCRA, FACT Act, Bank Secrecy Act, NACHA, and Visa Operating Rules
Specialization in bank fraud prevention, detection, deterrence, and investigations
