About the role
Meta is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join Meta Superintelligence Labs and lead end-to-end design for large-scale, ambiguous product areas. The role focuses on high-craft design, strategic product thinking, and integrating AI tools and responsible AI practices.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end product design experience within large-scale, ambiguous domains
Ensure products are valuable, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution
Define and evangelize how experiences should behave based on people's needs
Develop product goals and identify opportunities in a global market
Use prototyping tools to demonstrate how interactions will work
Represent design work to executives clearly and succinctly
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience
8+ years building and shipping applications at company-level scale
Experience defining and evangelizing interaction behavior with appropriate prototyping tools
Visual design proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, and iconography
Strategic product thinking and experience presenting work to executives
Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and applying responsible, ethical AI practices
