What you’ll do

What you’ll need
Bachelor degree in Instructional Design, Education, or similar
7+ years of experience in instructional design or rapid eLearning experience design
Experience with ADDIE, Backward, and Agile design
Proven success delivering rapid eLearning in high-volume, release-driven environments
Deep experience converting instructor-led and technical content into self-directed learning
Strong project management and collaboration skills with SMEs
