Set the multi-year AI technology strategy for the security platform
Lead high-impact AI initiatives across multiple organizations

Drive resolution of the most consequential technical challenges
Develop and inspire senior technical talent
What you’ll need
16+ years of software or ML engineering experience, including 2+ years leading production LLM or agentic AI systems
Track record defining technical strategy and platforms with company-wide impact
Authoritative expertise in LLMs, transformer architecture, training, evaluation, and inference optimization
Deep technical breadth across predictive AI, classical ML, distributed systems, and data platforms
Experience shaping evaluation strategy, safety, and responsible-AI practices
Experience scaling AI workloads in production, ideally on AWS
