What you’ll do
Define and execute platform strategy for the Wealth Markets segment
Oversee equity trading technology and regulatory compliance
Lead technology teams and partnerships with business leadership
Ensure systems accurately capture and submit data to the CAT Central Repository
Design technology solutions supporting best interest obligations to retail customers
Manage large-scale technology initiatives from conception to production
What you’ll need
10+ years of relevant experience in technology and applications development
Deep understanding of Wealth Markets technology domain in NAM and LATAM
In-depth knowledge of equity trading landscape and front-to-back office processes
Expertise in US equity trading and wealth management regulations
Demonstrated leadership, project management, and development skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
