About the role

What you’ll do
Own LLM-powered agents end to end
Build orchestration and retrieval systems
Design and implement evaluations and guardrails

What you’ll need
5+ years of professional software or ML engineering experience
Strong production engineering skills in Python and TypeScript
At least a year of shipping LLM-powered products to real users
Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering
Experience designing evaluations for non-deterministic systems
Experience with document understanding, OCR, or extraction from complex documents
