About the role
Phaidra is hiring a Customer Reliability Engineer to support data center customers post-implementation, using expertise in cooling systems and controls to diagnose issues and drive product improvements. This remote, full-time role is open to candidates in the US or Canada.
What you’ll do
Own post-implementation customer support for assigned accounts
Monitor Prism Insights
Diagnose facility issues
Support customer adoption and product improvements
Translate customer needs into documentation for the software development team
Collaborate with software engineering to implement Prism key features
What you’ll need
Deep understanding of data center specific controls and cooling methodologies
Knowledge of chiller plant fundamentals, configurations, and sequence of operations
Understanding of electrical power distribution systems and applied thermodynamics for cooling systems
Strong working knowledge of control systems and protocols such as BACnet and Modbus
Ability to read and write Python scripts in collaboration with the software engineering team
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex domain and AI/ML concepts to non-experts
