About the role
Provide hands-on IT support across a manufacturing facility, managing help desk requests, device deployment, user access, and digital signage while troubleshooting plant-floor technology issues and coordinating escalations.
What you’ll do
Manage help desk requests and ticket prioritization
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot computers and related equipment
Manage user accounts, access, and IT asset inventory
Support digital signage platforms
Troubleshoot employee and plant-floor technology issues
Coordinate incident escalations and communicate with users
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity, or related field
Minimum 3 years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise or MSP environment
Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, deployments, printers, mobile devices, ticket systems, and asset inventory
CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft certification, CCNA, or comparable certification
Valid driver's license
Experience in manufacturing or 24/7 environment preferred
