About the role

What you’ll do
Maintain accurate product data across Salsify, technical manuals, and Salesforce
Use AI tools to improve data and documentation workflows
Support technical document layout and production
Manage structured product attribute data
Ensure accuracy of product and regulatory documentation
What you’ll need
3+ years managing product data, CRM records, or marketing systems
Experience with structured product attribute data in a PIM, PXM, ERP, or ecommerce platform
Strong Adobe InDesign skills for technical document layout, plus working skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
Hands-on Salesforce admin experience with objects, fields, reports, data imports, and user management
Routine practical use of AI tools with output accuracy checking
Advanced MS Excel skills including lookups, data cleanup, and bulk uploads
