What you’ll do
Own revenue operations systems, data, reporting, and incentive compensation processes
Drive revenue analytics and data governance
Administer sales incentive compensation including quota and attainment reporting
Perform commission calculations, reconciliations, and inquiry resolution
Improve cross-functional processes and systems
Communicate analysis, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
What you’ll need
5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, incentive compensation, business analytics, or a related data-centered discipline
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, analytics, information systems, or equivalent
Demonstrated ownership of a major reporting, analytics, systems, or compensation process
Experience administering sales incentive compensation including quotas, commissions, and reconciliations
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and hands-on Salesforce reporting/data-model experience with a BI platform like Looker or Tableau
Legal right to work in the United States
